Econo Lodge Newport Smoky Mountains Gateway

I greatly enjoyed that it was fairly clean and wonderful. The staff were very attentive. The rooms were tastefully decorated. I didn't want to say goodbye, so I would recommend this hotel.

Updated comfy room with barrier free shower. Breakfast with several flavors of juices and coffee available, for example.

All in all particularly good setting close to Newport, Tennessee, and two restaurants that were about 2 miles away. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice sized bathroom and satellite television, climate control, and a mini-fridge in the room.

The room was a nice size and updated. The hotel was fairly clean. The staff were competent and excellent. The location was handy helpful in directing us to 'Andys' restaurant.

We did not want to leave there and will definitely visit place for next time. We liked this nice budget hotel, no complaints.

Actually the room was updated with tub and barrier free shower, for instance. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. Location: the hotel was right by Newport, the mountains.

Very amiable staff. Nice building and rooms with a barrier-free shower. Fairly clean property, updated room. Extremely convenient and wonderful hotel, my first choice in Newport. Very nice area, a remote location not far from restaurants, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Johnson City.

Easy off and on to highway

Elevator stopped working when we were checking out. Traveling with sister who has limited mobility. Thank goodness for Franchesica (know I spelled her name wrong), who helped me with our last bags to the car while my sister navigated the stairs Met her on the stairwell while going down. .
